1. Operator and scope
This website is operated by Raunak Singh under the Valcura brand in India. Contact connect@valcura.in for questions. These terms govern use of the website. A paid engagement, pilot, subscription or data-processing relationship requires a separate agreement defining scope, availability, pricing and responsibilities; browsing or sending an enquiry does not create a paid contract.
2. What Valcura describes
Valcura’s direction is clinic revenue intelligence and optimization. The current development focus is local visibility analysis and actionable recommendations. Patient follow-ups, reception analysis and forecasting form part of a broader roadmap. Features marked as concepts, planned or in development are not promises of present availability. The website does not display live clinic measurements or customer results.
3. Eligibility and authorized use
Use the website as an adult acting lawfully for yourself or with authority to represent a clinic. Provide accurate business contact information. Do not impersonate another person, send malicious content, interfere with security, misuse intellectual property or submit information you do not have permission to share.
4. Clinic data and permissions
Do not send patient records or sensitive health information through the enquiry composer. Before any clinic service, the clinic and Valcura must agree what information is necessary, the lawful permissions, access controls and applicable data-processing terms. Clinics are responsible for authorizing access to their systems and profiles, informing affected people as required, and ensuring that data and instructions they provide are lawful. Do not share passwords or API secrets through ordinary enquiry email.
5. Third-party services
Google, AI providers, messaging platforms and other external services have their own terms, availability and permission requirements. Google Business Profile access or approval is not guaranteed by this website. The website does not automatically connect, publish to or modify a clinic’s Google profile. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
6. Recommendations and clinical judgment
Any AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. A suitably authorized person must review recommendations and content before acting on or publishing them. Valcura does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions or determine patient treatment. Clinicians retain clinical responsibility and patients retain the right to make informed choices. No recommendation should encourage unnecessary treatment.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
No fixed revenue increase, conversion rate, search ranking, patient volume or clinical outcome is guaranteed. Search results and business performance depend on many factors outside Valcura’s control. Forecasts, if offered under a separate scope, are estimates rather than promises. Examples and educational material should not be treated as a personalized professional assessment.
8. Intellectual property
The Valcura name, logo, website design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the website and refer to its content for legitimate business evaluation. Reuse, reproduction or commercial redistribution requires permission except where law permits it. Clinics retain their rights in information and materials they provide; any license necessary for a service must be defined in the relevant agreement. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Enquiries, pricing and cancellation
This website does not collect payments or establish subscriptions. Sending an enquiry is a request for contact, not a purchase or confirmed appointment. Any fees, deliverables, renewal, cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed in a separate agreement before you commit.
10. Website availability and liability
The website and general information are provided on an as-available basis. Although reasonable care should be taken, uninterrupted access, completeness and error-free operation are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Valcura is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of general website information or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for an agreed service must be addressed in its separate contract.
11. Changes and restrictions
Website content and unlaunched product plans may change. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, security or legal obligations. Changes to these website terms will be reflected on this page. Changes to a contracted service are governed by that service’s agreement and applicable law.
12. Governing law and concerns
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact connect@valcura.in so concerns can be discussed in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before a court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive local court is created by these website terms.
